Lifting, carrying, bending – it’s all part of the job. But it doesn’t have to hurt.
Get your team prepared for manual work with a customised manual handling session.
We identify your high-risk work tasks and create a job specific presentation for your team, providing them with education on how to safely perform manual tasks.
Our engaging presenters will empower your employees to take control of their own health and safety at work by providing them with the right tools to do so.

How it works
Step 1 – Identify your risks
On-site consultation and job observations
One of our consultants comes to your workplace and observes how your team carries out their day-to-day manual tasks. We’re looking for the risky moves, the awkward lifts, and the “we’ve always done it this way” habits that could be causing problems.
What we do:
- Take photos of job tasks
- Chat with your team about the physical demands of the job tasks
- Talk to employees about why they do things in certain ways
- Spot potential hazards and note what needs fixing
- Build a rapport with your team to maximise training engagement
Step 2 – Reduce your risks
Customised group presentation
From our observations on site we create a custom presentation that’s all about your workplace. No generic stock photos or irrelevant examples, just real solutions for your real challenges.
You get:
- A highly experienced presenter
- A custom presentation
- Break out sessions for activities
- Take-home resources
- Certificate of completion
- Duration: 2 hours
- Delivery: Face to face (virtual options available)
- Maximum participants: 25
